Cherry Chair

This project was for my Engineering Tools class in which we were tasked with building something using the tools we had learned about. I chose to build a chair modeled from a few inspirational pieces of furniture I had seen on the internet.

The chair is made from cherry wood (hence the name), rope, and wood glue. My intention for this project was to create something aesthetically pleasing and useful, but new and exciting. I managed to complete just that. My chair is on display in the Science Center at Hanover College.
